If the Munbyn Print app cannot find or connect to your SP01 printer, follow the steps below in order.
NOTE: Do not connect to the SP01 directly from your phone's Bluetooth settings. A system-level connection may occupy the printer's Bluetooth connection and prevent the Munbyn Print app from connecting.
1. Check the App's Bluetooth Permission
Open your phone's system settings and make sure Munbyn Print is allowed to use Bluetooth or nearby devices. Then turn on Bluetooth and reopen the Munbyn Print app.
2. Remove Any Existing System Bluetooth Pairing (For Android and Google Phones)
If you previously connected the SP01 directly through your phone's Bluetooth settings, remove the saved pairing record. The following pages show the complete Android sequence.
NOTE: Menu names may vary slightly depending on the phone model and Android version.
1) Open Bluetooth Settings
Swipe down from the top of the screen to open Quick Settings, then press and hold the Bluetooth tile.

2) Locate the Saved SP01 Device
Under Saved devices or Previously connected devices, locate the printer named SP01-XXXX and tap the Settings icon next to it.

3) Forget the System Pairing
On the Device details page, tap Forget.

4) Confirm Removal
When the confirmation dialog appears, tap Forget device.

NOTE: Do not reconnect the printer from the Bluetooth settings page. Return to the Munbyn Print app instead.
3. Check Whether the Printer Is Connected to Another Device
The SP01 can connect to only one device at a time.
- Close the Munbyn Print app on any other phones or tablets that have previously used the printer.
- If necessary, turn off Bluetooth on those devices or remove their saved SP01 pairing records.
4. Reconnect Through the Munbyn Print App
- Turn on the SP01 and enable Bluetooth on your phone.
- Open the Munbyn Print app.
- Tap the Bluetooth or device connection option in the app.
- Select SP01 and choose your printer.
- If a system pairing request appears after the connection is initiated from the app, tap Pair.

5. Restore the Printer to Factory Settings
If the connection still fails, reset the printer and try again:
- Make sure the printer is powered off.
- Press and hold the AI button on top of the printer.
- While holding the button, connect the power adapter.
- Continue holding the button until the screen turns on and displays the app download QR code.
- After the reset is complete, repeat the connection process in the Munbyn Print app.
If the issue persists, contact MUNBYN Support and provide your printer model, phone model, Android version, and screenshots or a video showing the issue.
