How can I check if my computer is running Windows on ARM?
Open Settings - Navigate to System Information - Click on "System" and then select "About"
Check the system type:
Under "Device specifications", in "System type", you will see a description such as "x64-based processor" or "ARM-based processor".
If it is an ARM architecture, you need to download a dedicated driver for installation. The download address is as follows:

Please select the corresponding driver option for installation according to the resolution of your device:
MUNBYN Printer: ITPP130 series, ITPP941(U), ITPP941B and other 203DPI devices
MUNBYN Printer 300DPI: ITPP941(300DPI), ITPP941BP and other 300DPI devices
Please directly select the "Get USB Port" option, and the driver will automatically identify the port where the USB cable is connected.
