- Turn the printer off and allow it to cool down (about half a minute).

Open the printer cover with both hands.

Press both sides of the button with an arrow on the machine and lift it slightly to remove the print head.

Wipe to clean the print head as shown in the picture.
- Wait 2-5 minutes until the print head dry, then turn the printer on.
- If cleaning does not resolve the print quality issues or if the print head is damaged, you may need to replace the print head.
Note: To extend the life of the print head, use high-quality thermal label paper (such as MUNBYN label paper). Inferior label paper can peel off and remain on the print head, affecting its performance.
