1. Check whether the device adapter and the device charging port are in good condition. Perform a charging test by replacing other working charging plugs/charging cables/charging docks;
2. If the device has not been used for a long time, please charge the device for 30 minutes and then check whether the charging light of the device is on.
3. Replace the battery of a device that can be powered on normally and check to see if there is a problem with the battery or the device.
