1. Check the charging status of the device. After charging for half an hour, press and hold the power button for more than 20 seconds to see if it can be turned on normally. This is to check whether the device cannot be turned on because the battery has been exhausted multiple times and the battery has entered sleep mode;
2. Replace the device with another working charging plug/charging cable to check if it is the problem of the charging plug/charging cable that causes the device to be unable to charge normally and unable to start; (If there is a charger, use the charger to charge and test to see if the charging cable port is damaged and causes the device to be unable to charge)
3. Replace the battery of a device that can be powered on normally to check if it is a battery problem; (If the battery of the device is removable)
4. If the above situations have been checked and the device still cannot be turned on, it can be preliminarily determined that there is a problem with the device itself; please contact technical support.
