(Bluetooth connection method) How to connect to the RW411B printer using Bluetooth on Windows？

Note: Currently, the RW411B Bluetooth driver only supports Windows.

Mac systems need to download the original driver and connect via a USB cable (USB-C adapter cable).

Please make sure your device model is RW411B.

You can check it on the model label at the bottom of the device.

If the model is ITPP130(U) or ITPP941(U), it means your device is a USB device and does not support Bluetooth.

The installation steps are as follows:

1. In the system settings, turn on the computer's Bluetooth (please do not connect directly in the system Bluetooth search interface)
   
2. Please click the link below to download the Bluetooth driver: RW411B Bluetooth driver
   
   
3. After downloading, please double-click the mouse to run the driver and follow the instructions to install it.
   
   
   
4. When the installation method interface appears, please select "Bluetooth". Other installation methods are not supported at the moment.
   
   
   
5. Continue to click Next to install until the program starts searching for surrounding Bluetooth devices. At this time, make sure your printer is turned on.
   The search process will last about 30-60 seconds. You do not need to perform any operation during this process until a new interface pops up.
   
   
   
6. When the program pops up the device selection interface, please select the corresponding ITPP130B device and click Next to continue the installation until it is completed.
   
   
   
   
7. Once installed, you can open your file and print it on your device (remember to adjust the print size).
   
   Note: After the installation is complete, two RW411B options will appear in your system print list, and one of the devices will display the words "Driver is unavailable". This is normal and you do not need to handle it.
   

If your computer has been installed via USB before, then after installing it via Bluetooth driver, two  devices will appear in your system printing device list. This is because the USB printing and Bluetooth printing methods of issuing print tasks are different.
