How to use MUNBYN Print App to import files from third-party platforms for printing?

Note: This tutorial is only applicable to thermal printing devices with Bluetooth or Wi-Fi. If you have a USB device, please download your label file directly on your computer and then print it.

1. Download the file you want to import from the third-party platform and save it in a folder on your phone.

2. Open the MUNBYN Print App, select the File & Import option on the homepage, and then click File to import your file (we recommend using PDF files for printing)

Note: If this option is not available on the homepage, click More Shortcuts to adjust the homepage function menu.

(Optional) 3. If your file is not a standard 4*6-inch file, you can use the crop function in the upper right corner to crop the source file.

(Optional) 4. If all the pages in your single document need to be cropped, you can do this:

Select the cropping range. If you need to adjust the aspect ratio, choose the appropriate ratio and then click the 【√】 button to complete the operation.

After entering the 【Cropping Range】 page, you can select 【Current Page】, 【All Pages】, 【Odd Pages】, or 【Even Pages】 based on your needs, and then click 【Confirm】 to finalize the settings.

5. Click Preview and Print, select the corresponding label paper size, confirm that your print content is correct, and click Print.
