Why does the printer spit out a blank label when I load paper?

This is because the label printer is set to output a sheet of paper first to ensure printing on a sheet of paper.

Please turn off the power first, load and place paper into the paper bin, then close the cover and turn on the power. Blank label paper will not be output at this time. It is worth noting that this method does not automatically label identification. If automatic label identification is required, please follow the steps below:

1. After the paper stop moving, press the FEED (red / green light) button twice in a row, and release it. You will hear two consecutive beeps.
2. The printer will learn the size of the paper at this time.
