1. If your device cannot search for the printer's Bluetooth：
（1）Please restart the printer, turn off the Bluetooth on your device and then turn it back on.
Note：iOS devices (including iPhone and iPad) do not support Bluetooth connection. Only Android devices support Bluetooth connection.
（2）The effective range for the IMP002 Bluetooth connection is approximately 10 meters (about 33 feet). Ensure that your devices are within this range for optimal performance. If the devices are too far apart, it could lead to an unstable connection or even prevent them from connecting.
2. If your phone has searched for the printer's Bluetooth, but cannot connect：
(1) The printer's Bluetooth may be occupied by other devices. Please check and turn off the Bluetooth of other devices around you.
(2) Restart the printer and restart your Android device.
(3) If you still cannot connect, please try another phone.
