How to deactivate and activate the voice function of the RW401AP device, follow these steps? – MUNBYN Help Center

Note: You need to make sure your firmware version has been updated to 1.2.0
You can check the firmware information of the device by printing the self-test page.
(The method of printing the self-test page: press and hold the green button on the top of the machine, and then release it when you hear two consecutive "Di" sounds. )

Turn off the voice function

When you need to disable the voice function of the RW401AP device, you can follow these steps:
1. Use "Hi MUNBYN" to activate the device's voice function.

2. Use the command "Turn off voice" to disable the device's voice function. The device will give a prompt saying "Turn off voice" and then disable the voice function.

Turn on the voice function

When you need to re-enable the voice function of the RW401AP device, you can follow these steps:
Press and hold the function key button on the top of the device.
Release your finger after hearing three consecutive "Di" sounds.
The device will then give a voice prompt saying "Welcome to the MUNBYN Printer," indicating that the voice function is activated.
