What should I do if IZP009 cannot be turned on?

If IZP009 cannot be powered on, please refer to the following steps for preliminary troubleshooting.

1. Check the power cord and power socket

a. Make sure the power cord is working properly and confirm that the power cord plug is firmly inserted into the monitor and the power socket.

b. Check that the power socket is working properly.

c. Use a spare power cord to eliminate power cord failure.

2. If the power cord and power socket are confirmed to be in normal working condition, please remove the outer shell on the back of the machine and check the motherboard.

Find the battery on the motherboard and remove it. After waiting for 5 minutes, install the battery back to its original position, then power on and check whether the machine can be turned on.

If the computer still cannot be turned on, there may be a problem with the motherboard. Please provide the barcode under the memory slot of the motherboard and contact us for further processing.
