How to fix image error after counting money

If you encounter an "image error" after counting the bills (as shown in the picture below), please follow the steps below to resolve it:

1、The banknotes are placed too close to the edge, causing the error.

Adjust the bill stopper limit plate to center the position of the bill as much as possible (positioning the bill too close to the edges might cause errors).

Please install the banknote guider and adjust it to a suitable distance so that the banknotes can be placed flat on the Hopper.

2、The bill entry slot is too loose, causing two banknotes to slide in together and resulting in an error.

Please adjust the feeding screw counterclockwise and reduce the distance of the banknote inlet so that the IMC30 can only enter one banknote at a time.
