If the indicator light on the ITP02 remains red and it cannot connect or print, please follow these steps to solve the problem:
1. Please check if the paper is correctly loaded into the printer. If it is not properly positioned, please refer to How do I insert paper?
2. Please check if the printer cover is tightly closed, and ensure it is securely shut.
3. Please use a pin to press the reset button and reset the printer.
4. If the printer still shows a red light after you reset it, please keep the printer turned on, drain its power completely, and then recharge it.
5. If the problem persists, please provide the printer's self-test page and contact us for further assistance.
