How to connect a printer to Windows using USB?

Get the Windows driver from the link: munbyn.biz/itp02wind

1) Connect the printer and computer using a USB cable, and then press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn on the printer. (If you have already completed this step, please proceed directly to the second step.)

2) Run the installer. Then click "Install the printer driver" - "Next".

Note:

When installing the Windows driver, a security warning alert may pop up. Please click the "Yes" button to agree to run the installation.

3) Select the "USB" connection method, and click "Next".

4) Confirm that the printer is connected and turned on, and then click "Next".

5) Wait for about 1 minute, and you see the message "Installation completed".

Note:

When the USB port fails to recognize the printer, the reminder shown in the figure below will pop up.

Please try unplugging the USB cable from both the computer and printer sides, then reinsert it and make sure the cable is securely connected.

• Then restart the printer (shutdown and restart).
