ITP02 How to connect a mobile phone to the printer?

1. Search "Munbyn Print" on App Store or Google Play to get the App.

2. You need to turn on the Bluetooth on your mobile phone when connecting 'Munbyn Print' App to the printer.

Tips:  Do not directly pair with the ITP02 in your mobile phone's Bluetooth settings. Otherwise, it will show that it cannot be connected.

If you’ve already paired the ITP02 directly through your phone’s Bluetooth settings, please refer to the image below to unpair and delete it.

The correct method is to open 'Munbyn Print' APP and add ITP02 printer. You can add a printer using either of the following two methods:

(1) Adding a Printer via Bluetooth Searching:

a. Click on the top right corner to select the device -> Click "A4" -> Select printer type ("ITP02A" or "ITP02L") .

b. Add the Printer via Bluetooth Searching -> Connect the printer. 

(2) Adding a Printer via Scanning Code:

a. Long press the power button while the device is in shutdown state. After powering on, wait for 3 seconds before releasing the button to print the QR code.

b. Scan the code with the App to connect to the printer.

Tips: You can also scan the QR code located at the bottom of the machine to connect the device.
