Please make sure your device is a Bluetooth model. You can check the model number of your device through the model label on the bottom of the device.
ITPP130U / ITPP941U / ITPP941P(300DPI) are the USB printer, they does not support bluetooth connection, you can connect it to your computer with the included USB cable.
- Use the MUNBYN APP to configure the network for the printer on your mobile phone. Search for 'Munbyn Print' on the App Store or Google Play to download the app.
Alternatively, you can scan the QR code provided to down load the app.
Note: The app requires local file access and Bluetooth function to run properly.
- After registering an account and logging in, please go to the App homepage and click on the device model in the upper left corner to select your device.
Note: If you purchased an Air Print and Wi-Fi model, you need to first connect to the Wi-Fi you are using in the system settings, then select the same Wi-Fi as your system is connected to in the App, and enter the password. -
After selecting the model you are using, the App will start searching for devices around you. This process may take 5-10 seconds. When the search is complete, devices near you will appear in the options box, please select the corresponding device to connect.
- After the connection is completed, please enter the home page to start your use. You can use the editor to create your own pattern or import the file you want to print (PDF file is recommended) into the App for printing.

Hi,
I have the printer ITPP941 . I downloaded the Munbyn app and I’m trying to connect my printer with my phone, but I can’t find the printer’s Bluetooth. I bought it on Amazon, and on Amazon it says that it’s a Bluetooth printer so I don’t understand why it’s not working. Can you help?
