How to create a new label paper size on Mac?

When you load in a new direct thermal label, there are two actions that need to take place:

1. Run the automatic label identification on the printer.
   How to run the automatic label identification?
   ①Disconnect the USB cable from your printer, then turn on the printer.
   Press and hold the Feed Button until you hear one beep, then release.
   ②The printer will automatic identification the gap size and other properties of your label.
   ③After the identification, please re-connect the USB cable to the printer and resume printing
   
2. Set proper label settings on your computer.
   

   How to set your customized label size?
   ①Select Paper Size → Manage Custom Sizes in the print preview page

    

   

   ②Click the “+ ”in the lower left corner
   
   ③Set your customized label name and size
   
   ④Select the size you just created in Paper Sizes
