ITPP941AP firmware upgrade tutorial (MAC)

Step 1: Install printer via network or USB. 

Note: Please make sure you have completed the network configuration function through Munbyn APP.

Step 2: Visit System preferences > Printers&Scanners, choose “Munbyn ITPP941AP” and click “Options&Supplies...” button.

Step 3: Click”Show Printer Web page...” button. 

Note: When you visit for the first time, the system may display the following prompt. Please click "Advanced" and then click to continue accessing, as shown in the red box in the picture:

Step 4: Enter your password that you created and click “Login”button.

The initial password we set is 12345678.

Step 5: Click “AirPrint Configuration Page”.

Step 6: Click “Firmware Update”.

Step 7: Click “Update”button, printer will get latest firmware from internet and update automatically.

The update time will take about 5-10 minutes. When the update is completed, you will hear a "Di" sound from the device, indicating that the device firmware update is completed.

If your firmware version is newest, you will see page below:

After the firmware is updated, you need to restart the printer and mobile phone, otherwise the printing jobs may not be printed.

Attention:

1. Please DO NOT disconnect from the network .

2. Please DO NOT unplug the power while upgrading.

3. Please DO NOT power off printer until the upgrade is successful.
