Why is the IRT01 not scanning and the scanning light not appearing?

1. The Enable Scanner switch is not on.

Please open the Hardware Barcode Scanner App to enable the scanner.

2. The scanning process is stuck.

Please recover the scanning head, after which the scanning application will restart to resolve the stuck problem.

Open the Hardware Barcode Scanner App >> Top Right Corner>>Find and click OK

3. Tablet second user cannot scan.

Please contact technical support to update the system.

4. The scanning head is damaged.

If the light still does not come on after the previous steps.

Please contact technical team for support.
