The tablet cannot be scanned and read error occurred, if you select an incorrect module.

Please make sure the selection of scanning module is correct – Motorola Two dimensional.

  1. Entry the HardDecodeScan application
  2. Entry the "Module selection" page.
  3. Select Motorola Two dimensional
