Why is there no response when the SIM card is inserted？

A: There are two reasons for this problem

1. .SIM card not correctly installed

Please insert the SIM card as shown below, please reboot when finished, the tablet does not support hot-swap function, it needs to recognize the SIM card only after reboot.

    2. Your local band requires a separate APN, please contact your correspondent to provide the APN for your area.

The industrial flat panels support the following frequency bands

EC25-AU LTE FDD: B1/B2/B3/B4/B5/B7/B8/B28 LTE TDD: B40 WCDMA: B1/B2/B5/B8 GSM: B2/B3/B5/B8.

Please check the APN and signal band in your area, if the following signal bands are not available in your area, you will not be able to get LTE 4G signal.
