If bills feed unsmoothly or counting is inaccurate, adjust the vertical adjustment screw (to modify the gap between the resistance rubber and rubber wheel). To verify: Insert a bill and pull gently—if resistance is felt, the machine is properly adjusted.
Adjustment Guidelines:
l Turn clockwise: Reduce the feeding gap to increase friction (tighten the fit between rubber components and bills);
l Turn counterclockwise: Increase the feeding gap to decrease friction (loosen the fit between rubber components and bills).
