Why won't the scanner turn on?

(1) Please check whether the battery is charged and placed correctly.

(2) Press and hold the scan button to turn on the scanner. If the scanner cannot be turned on by  long-pressing the scan button, please check whether the scan button is stuck.

(3)If the scanner still does not power on after the above checks, please contact us.
