If the printed receipt is blurry, please follow the steps:
1. Switch off the receipt printer.
2. Dip a cotton cloth or cotton swab in 75% medical alcohol and then clean the printer head. This is a video: Click here
3. Wait for 3 minutes, then switch on and use the printer again.
It is suggested to clean the printer head once every month or when you find the printed receipt getting blurry.
