IMC23 How to adjust the feeding gap

If the machine comes with Inaccurate counting issue, Bill Double error or Chain notes error, it means the feeding gap is too loose. You need to adjust the screw counterclockwise with every 15-25° and test, until the problem is solved.

If the machine comes with Bill Jamming issue, it means the feeding gap is too tight. You need to adjust the screw clockwise with every 15-25° and test, until the problem is solved.

Step 1: Remove the banknote guides.

Step 2:  Adjust the screw and try to check whether only 1 bill can go through the feeding gap. 

Clockwise: Make the feeding gap loose.

Counterclockwise: Make the feeding gap tight.

Step 3: Test whether the issue is resolved by counting the bills.
