- Connect the printer with power adapter and plug the power cord.
- Connect the printer to one LAN port on the router with LAN cable.
- Connect a Windows computer to another LAN port on the router with LAN cable.
- Turn on the printer and the computer.
- Download the setting tool: POS Printer Test.exe
- Open the setting tool and change the interface to English.
Use the printer to print out a self test page. Below is the current IP on the device.
Then search the printer on the setting tool as below steps.
Double-click on the printer's Mac and it will show its IP address.
Modify the IP and Gateway for the printer.
Then click Save button.
Finish setting. Then please print out the self-test page again to confirm whether the IP address of the printer is modified correctly.
