After the printer successfully prints a label, it outputs a few blank sheets of paper and cannot print continuously, and then the printer appears red

1. Pull out the USB cable and restart the printer; Press FEED button and hold on;

2. Release your finger when you hear the five "Di" sounds.

3. Then, you will hear another long "Di" sound, which means the printer was reset. Then, we can set the printer to learn label size.

4. Turn on the printer;

5. Press FEED button and hold on;

6. Release your finger when you hear one "Di" sound.

7. Then, the printer will "know" the label size and will not print the blank labels or incomplete.

8. Please re-connect the USB cable to ITPP941 and try your print.

The printer only prints a small part of the text and the paper is jammed, and then the printer shows a red light.
