AS01: Why there is no laser come out when pressing buttons?

There is a scanning app named M-SCAN, this is AS01 general scanning app.

Munbyn has made the M-Scan default turn on, besides, customers no need to set anything when get the device out of box. 
So, if there is no laser come out when press scanning buttons, please troubleshoot as below:

1.Restore M-SCAN

Open the M-scan, click the settings icon in the right corner, then slide down and then click restore.
 

2. Factory reset device. 

You can factory reset the device in settings>system>reset option>factory reset. Please note that factory reset will wipe all files and data, so please backup important files.

If there is still no laser come out when press scanning buttons, no matter side buttons, or pistol buttons, please contact Munbyn Support Team.
