1. Update too slow
Here are some possible reasons:
- There are too many tasks being updated simultaneously.
- You may have network configuration issues, such as insufficient bandwidth or too many devices online at the same time, or slow internet speed.
2. Update failed
- The electronic price tag is too far away from the base station.
- The signal was blocked, there are some obstacles existing between basestation and lectronic price tag
- Please check if the basestation online and the electronic price tag is bind on your account.
Generally, the task will be transfered within 1-2 mintures. You can find the status in ESL Check.
