IPDA087: device can't power on & be charged

Please troubleshot as below:

1. IPDA087 has unremovable battery, so it is not feasible to exchange battery to test.

2.  Please connect the PDA to power supply to see if the LED indicator will appear. If so, please keep it being charged at least for 30 mins then try to turn on it again. 

   

   By the way,  if the LED indicator doesn't appear, please try other USB cable and adapter to exclude charging cable and adapter factors.
