Why is the tablet not responding any more and is stuck in the app?

A: An application might have stopped responding. If this is the case, follow these steps.

1. Press the circular power-on button on the top of the tablet frame.
2. Touch Task Manager.
3. Select the application that isn’t responding.
4. Touch the End task button in the lower right corner.
5. When it stops, you can try using the tablet or shutting it down.
6. To shut down the tablet, touch the Start icon and then touch the Power icon above it.
7. Touch Restart or Shut down.
