Q1: When I download the .apk file on Chrome, the file cannot be found after the download is complete?

A1: Can use Google Files for IPDA082

1. Press the menu key > Go to Files
2. Swipe down and select the Apps folder
3. Swipe the top selection bar and select App install files (APKs)
4. Click on it and you will be taken directly to the installation screen to allow the installation

Tips: The apk can also be found by copying it directly from your computer into the root folder of your phone via this path

Click on I trust this installation method if prompted during installation, If you encounter an app that cannot be installed, please check the supported Android version of the app and the source.

Q2: What if I get stuck while using the app?

A2:Please press the main menu button to return to the main screen > Click on Backstage Management to delete the stuck app

If the App does not exist, press the Power button and Volume button + and hold for 10 seconds, the PDA will automatically switch off and wait for 3 seconds to restart.

Note: Please download the app from Google Play or from the official recommended platform of the app

Check the Android version supported by the app, apps that do not support Android 9.0 will cause the app to get stuck
