IPDA087: Why the side buttons work while the pistol can't trigger scanning?

Please note that we have made InfoWedge a built in scanning app since 2025.

If there is an app named InfoWedge, please troubleshot as below:
1. Restore the InfoWedge, clicking "settings">"restore".
 

2. If you have other Pistols at hand, please exchange the pistol and test again.

3. If the pistol still can' work, please contact Munbyn Support Team.

For PDA that still using Keyboademulator, please check if the pistol key value has been set properly.
 

1. Go to Keyboardemulator App

2.Tap AppSettings > Slide to the bottom > click Factory data reset.

3. Waiting for Reset.

4. Click on the KeyCode dialog area > press the yellow Scan key (if you press the key on the handle again when you insert the handle)

Note: Key-value 291 for the body Left scan button, and 293 for the body Right scan button key value 294 for the Keyboardemulator gun grips scan button.

Key value probably various according difference OS version, if the buttons are good, when you press it, the value pop up automatically.

5. Enable scan

If the light still does not come out after the previous steps.
