Please check if you have enable the sound in device settings, the scanning sound also from device speaker, so please check if you have turn on "Media Volume" and set proper volume.
Besides, please check if you have select proper "Success audio prompt" in InfoWedge.
Please choose "Du" or "Di" if you need the decoding success sound, if you set "None", then there will be no sound after scanning.
Besides, if you need scanning failure notification sound, please turn on "Failure audio prompt".
If you prefer vibration after scanning, then you can turn on "Vibrate prompt".
If there is still no sound, even no sound when you play videos, then there may be a problem with the sound-related hardware. Please contact technical support.
