Sometimes, customers forget their password, in this case, we can factory reset the device via key combination.
Note: Factory reset can only wipe above 5 kinds passwords in settings.
If your device has locked by your Google account, even factory reset can't remove it, in this case, contact Munbyn Support directly.
Steps:
1. turn off the device
2. press the power button and "volume -" together, when you feel a vibration, then release the power button first, then release "volume -" button.
3. You will see a list, use volume buttons to select, power button to confirm. Select and confirm "factory reset" option
4. Wait the process done(in the left corner), then reboot/restart the device.
