AS01: When I open the camera, it is black, what should I do?

There are several reasons for this problem：

1) Please close the camera software in the task process

The reason for this problem is that the camera process is blocked in the background and the PDA cannot open the camera app again

2) If you still have a fault after switching off the camera, the camera connection cable is faulty, please contact our technical team.

Besides, please note that scanner engine and camera shared the same interface, if you are using an app that can invoke scanner engine and camera, the camera will be disabled if you are using scanner engine to decode.
