Please troubleshot as below:
1. IPDA083/IPDA088 has removable battery, please reinstall the battery and check if the pins have been damaged.
Tips: please unlock the buckle when you want to remove the battery.
2. Please connect the PDA to power supply to see if the LED indicator will appear. If so, please keep it being charged at least for 30 mins then try to turn on it again.
By the way, if the LED indicator doesn't appear, please try other USB cable and adapter to exclude charging cable issue.
3. If you have other IPDA083/IPDA088 at hand, please exchange the battery to see if the device can power on.
