WiFi DHCP:
If your WiFi printer is configured according to the tutorial in the package, but every time you reboot, the WiFi printer will disconnect.
Please manually disable DHCP: http://u.pc.cd/93C
LAN/Net DHCP:
1.Use the Printer test tool in Windows computer:
1)Ensure your printer is connected to the router by network cable.
2)Find the Net tool in the printer test tool: download
3)If ‘Net DHCP’ is in the Disable state, you need to use a network cable to connect the printer and the computer to the same router, and then use the ‘NETtool’ tool to switch the ‘Net DHCP’ to the Enable state according to the steps in the figure below.

2. Restore factory settings:
In the Windows computer, click in turn on start icon ---- settings --- printers --- select the printer and then click on manage --- printing preference ----factory reset ----- OK.
