Why is there no image generated after scanning?

(1) When the scanner is fully charged, click the Scan button, pan the scanner at a constant speed, and scan the document you want to scan.

(2) The green light will remain on during scanning, and the green light will be off to indicate the end of scanning.
(3) After scanning, you can click the button to view the scanned image.
