Why can't the grip scan?

1. Please try to reset M-Scan, please refer to section 1.1

2. Please try restarting or resetting your device

3. Please check whether the handle button is stuck.

4. Please check whether the handle and the machine connection are out of contact. Please try to clean the connection with alcohol.
