A. Try changing the scanner output mode.
1. Click Infowedge
2. Click Profile0 (Default).
3. Select Simulate keystroke and activate the keystroke output.
B. Please click on Decoder to check if this barcode type is enabled.
C. Please try resetting Infowedge.
1. Click on Infowedge
2. Click the three-dot menu in the upper right corner.
3. Click on Settings.
4. Click Restore
