How to know if my label printer is malfunctioning?

If you cannot print in good condition, please print a self-test label to confirm if the p1rinter got broken.

1. Turn on the label printer;

2. Press FEED button and hold on;

3. Release your finger when you hear two ‘Di’ sounds; It will print out a self-test label.

If the self-test label can be printed well, it means the printer is fine. The problem should be setting issue.
