1. When connecting to PeriPage printer, you need to turn on the Bluetooth of your mobile phone;
2. If the printer cannot be searched:
For Android phones, please check whether the location (or positioning) permission is turned on in the phone settings, and allow it to be turned on.
For Apple mobile phone, please check whether the Bluetooth permission of PeriPage App is allowed to be opened in the mobile phone settings, and allow it to be opened. If not allowed, the Bluetooth device cannot be searched and used;
3. If you can search for printer but cannot connect, please check whether the PeriPage App is connected in the system-settings, disconnect and delete the connection in the settings, and return to the PeriPage App to connect;
4. If the printer is found but cannot be connected, please restart the printer and the Bluetooth of the mobile phone, and try to connect again in the App.
If none of the above is true, please change the phone and try again.
