Why is there no sound during the call?

A: Please record a video via Camera and play it back when you are done.

If it still plays without any sound, please check the system sound settings.

Step:

1. Go to Settingsapp > Sound
2. Adjust all voices to the maximum.
3. Click on Default alarm sound to check.
