Please note that we have removed Keyboardemulator for a long time, and replaced it with InfoWedge.
For new devices installed InfoWedge, please check as below:
Reason one: Set improper output mode.
Please check if you have set "Keystroke" as output mode.
1. Open InfoWedge and select Profile0
2. Slide down and enable "Keystroke output" mode. You can select the three keystroke type as you like.
If you enable "Intent output" , then there will be no data output.
Reason Two: Not enable the barcode type.
Open InfoWedge, click Profile0, then slide down and select "Decoders". You will see a barcode type list.
Generally, we will make common barcodes default enabled, if the barcode type you are scanning is not enabled, please enable it manually.
Take Code 128 as an example, you need turn it on and set length properly.
Reason Three: Not supported Barcode types.
The barcode you scanning is not common use, so the scanner engine doesn't support it or not in the list. In this case, please contact Munbyn Team with the barcode testing sample.
If you have any questions or not sure your barcode type, please contact Munbyn Support Team.
